Livanta LLC, selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to respond to beneficiary concerns and appeals, has developed this innovative technology. The smart phone app makes it even easier to reach our call centers with your health care concerns.
The Medicare Quality HelpLine is available for free, and is for people on traditional Medicare or Medicare health plans. If you have a concern about your health care, the app provides quick and easy access to our call center representatives, who will guide you through the complaint process.
Examples of concerns or complaints include:
• A mistake in a medication
• Lack of discharge information
• Contracting an infection at the facility
• Wrong treatment provided
• Other serious health care errors
